FR360°
The Rotating Cask
FR360° is a French oak round cask, customizable with your selection of accessories and positioned on a special oak stand with bearings.
The stand has been designed for casks up to 12Hl. It is equipped with stainless steel bearings to facilitate the swinging and rotative movements. Thanks to this discrete and efficient system, it only takes one per-son to effortlessly make the cask rotate 360°.
InOak Tank
The union of a conical upright oak tank and a variable capacity floating lid Stainless tank
The InOak tank offers the flexibility of a VC tank, the fermentation advantage of a conical tank, and the classic identity of oak. This hybrid tank was conceived to respond to the variation in volume from vintage to vintage. The floating lid allows to compensate for a range of volumes with still conserving the advantages of a conical fermenter.
We have designed this vessel to preserve the pleasing aesthetic of an oak tank. InOak is the successful marriage of performance, innovation, and the long tradition of the cooperage !
InOak Tank
« The idea was to find a tank with a double usage (…) that can be used for the fermentation and be used again after pressing to age the wine. Given that the volume at fermentation and the volume after pressing are not the same, we needed an adaptable solution. This tank fufills our needs perfectly. Everything can be controlled and adjusted, just like we imagined. »
New to the Cooperage : Casks with transparent heads
The Plexiglass cask heads offer detailed observation of your fermentation while adding a beautiful cellar aesthetic. The heads can be fitted on casks up to 15HL, and can be used with accessories such as tasting vavles and thermometers. The casks can also be fitted with any standard accessories such as a lid and draining elbow to facilitate the cleaning and various cellar operations.
The new Longue Claire toast
Accentuate Freshness !
The Longue Claire toast was launched in 2022 after 2 years of trials and testing.This toast was created to respond to the evolution of wine profiles.
The objective is to preserve freshness and to balance a lively and dynamic oak profile with richer wines.

« We developped the Longue Claire toast to adapt our barrels to the warmer vintages where we are not looking for an oak marriage to promote roundness, but more to accentuate freshness and tension in the wine. We have tested this toast for several years and have decided to make it a permanent offering. This completes the barrels range with a toast that offers neutral aromatics without caramelized notes, and offers a longer finish with more freshness. »
